ARIA is designed as a local-first iOS assistant. Calendar, task, client, and message context is handled on the device where possible. Some features, including live voice assistance, route checks, SMS delivery, user-reviewed draft handoffs, AI provider calls, and operational diagnostics, may send the minimum necessary context to Obsidian Insights-controlled infrastructure and trusted service providers so the requested feature can work.

When ARIA uses server-assisted processing, context is transmitted over encrypted connections and is limited to the workflow being requested. We use this information to operate ARIA features, enforce consent and spend controls, maintain security, and provide support. We do not sell personal information or use ARIA customer data to train a proprietary AI model.

If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS messages from ARIA Executive Assistant by Obsidian Insights, we may use your number to send appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, customer-care messages, requested reminders, and service notifications. Message frequency varies based on your requests and relationship with us. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Obsidian Insights does not sell or share SMS opt-in data, consent records, or mobile phone numbers with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS data is shared only with service providers needed to deliver ARIA messages, such as telecommunications providers, subject to their processor obligations.

We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate our website, communications, scheduling, analytics, hosting, and business systems. We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. We may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
