Founded by William McBride
Hi — I'm William McBride. Over an 18-year enterprise career I grew from programming and analytics consulting into solution architecture — my final five years on a North America architecture team, designing solutions and proposals for companies across public service, health, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, and financial services.
Now I'm on a mission to democratize those lessons and best practices for small and medium-sized businesses — building AI-powered business solutions in the open, writing this newsletter, and developing courses that put the enterprise playbook in owners' hands — because owners deserve the same tools the Fortune 500 gets.
